  • Blind date: This is maybe not specifically related to sharing knowledge from projects and activities but related to improving the work place relations and environment. The way this works is all the staff members are groups of four - five, depending on the total number of staff. On a specific pre-planned day, they are sent a message with those they will have blind date or lunch with. The method is a great way to mix people together and facilitate interaction outside the usual circle of friends.
